I think the world would be a happier place if more folks spent more time outside. And honestly, you don't even have to climb a mountain (although it's great if you want to) ... just spending some time outside looking up the sky is enough. Take a few minutes every single day to just be present and to remember that we live on such an incredible planet. We are so truly lucky to experience life and to be able to spend time appreciating nature.
