The Pika is without a doubt, one of the coolest animals on earth. These resilient little creatures are a part of the rabbit family, and they live in high alpine locations - some Pikas can even live as high as 20,000ft elevation! But as resilient as they are in harsh locations... the Pikas are also very vulnerable to climate change. As our planet grows warmer ... the Pikas have been forced to climb higher and higher. Did you know that a Pika is in danger of dying if it is subjected to temperatures over 78 degrees Fahrenheit?
