Friends, today I'm going to introduce you all to one of MY dear friends:
Please meet Peter, aka 'Top Shelf' ... the creator of Top Shelf Backpacking, and one of the kindest souls I've ever met.
I met Peter virtually in 2020, when he ordered a custom Kula Cloth featuring his logo... as a joke for his wife.
Well, as it turns out, the joke was on him -- because now, we sell his wife's earrings on our website... and he's attended numerous Kula events and is a deeply loved and cherished member of our Kula Community.
This summer Peter is embarking on a challenging, special and meaningful hike: he is hiking a 26.5 out and back trail at Eagle Creek in Oregon to benefit the MS Society.
Peter's father-in-law and sister-in-law have both suffered the devasting effects of MS -- his father in law passed away with MS three years ago.
In addition to completing this challenging hike, Peter has made a SHOCKING announcement that demonstrates both his deep commitment to this cause as well as his pure determination to succeed.
