I made this shirt as a reminder to myself -- and hopefully it will be a reminder to you too. Our thoughts might exist... but they aren't necessarily true. Sometimes, our thoughts are just conditioned patterns... like a computer program in our own brain. Very often, those thoughts are not helpful. Reminding ourselves that we can choose to focus on the the things that we want to create is the act of coming back to the truest knowing of who we are.
