I’m thankful for warm cups of coffee on a cold, rainy day.
For fresh snow that sparkles when the sky is gray.
For friends who encourage me to act like a fool.
And my golden retriever who does nothing but drool.
My husband who loves me no matter my mood.
And a job that provides money to buy our food.
This world can be tough and hard to survive.
But with kindness and encouragement, we will THRIVE!

As we walk, hike, meditate among the trees, I am grateful for the seeds that remind us that one must fall, lie still, be in the dark, become one with nature, stir, break open and die to what was so that one can sprout and grow and emerge into something new – connected to all but ever reaching upwards toward the light. Thank you.
I am grateful for the Kula-verse, it reliably expands my heart and lifts my spirit, like a self-inflating balloon. Sometimes the balloon is shaped like a creepy cat, a unicorn or a Sasquatch.
Thankful for cotton-candy sunrises and technicolor sunsets and the ability to be caught breathless by their beauty.
