I don’t need to use a Kula cloth, but sometimes I need to laugh and be reminded that there are amazing people out there, and that’s why I come to this website and why I’m grateful for Anastasia and the Kula team. I needed a laugh tonight, and as usual, I got several. Thank you, rock on, peace out, namaste
Next time you are outside on a bright sunny day, pay special attention to the dark shadows under the trees. If you look carefully, and look not just with your eyes, you may be able to discover a particular shadow that has something… different, or special about it. What happens when you step into that shadow?
I found a shadow under a big maple tree that made everything slow down, i could step in super slow movements, it was like a pool of magic slow motion. I called my friends over, slowly and with my voice slowed down to show them.
Outside of the shadow, we were at regular speed.

Take a closer look sometime, see if you can find a magical slow motion shadow, or maybe a shadow that has a different magical property!
