Today: do something in your local community that makes you feel good. Deliver cookies to a friend. Volunteer to help out with an organization that matters to you. Write letters of appreciation to people who have made a difference in your life. Smile at every single person that you see. Give a hug to somebody. Pet your cat. Play with your dog. Dance a little bit, for no reason at all except that we are living and breathing here on this amazing planet, and that is ALWAYS reason enough to dance.

I'm sending you so much love and deep gratitude for your existence and for being who you are and for sharing your own kindness and goodness with the world. I believe and know that it DOES matter and that each of us can make a difference.
